SmartSocial Autopilot

Publish once. Appear everywhere. On every network you actually care about.

A managed social automation service for small businesses and independent professionals. Connect your WordPress site once, then distribute every post automatically across LinkedIn, Facebook, Mastodon, Bluesky, and more — including the decentralized networks the big schedulers won’t touch.

Managed service. No n8n knowledge required. Built by automation and security people for people who’d rather work on their business than fight with social media APIs.

Your best content shouldn’t die quietly

You write a great post. You publish it. Then it sits on your website while everyone else is on LinkedIn, Bluesky, and elsewhere. Manual cross-posting is repetitive, easy to skip, and the first thing to fall off when you’re busy with actual client work.

The result is predictable: posting becomes irregular, audience engagement drops, and visibility takes years to build. SmartSocial Autopilot turns one website post into a coordinated multi-network presence, automatically, without you logging into five different apps.

What makes SmartSocial Autopilot different

There are dozens of social schedulers. Most of them are built for the same five networks and the same one-account workflow. SmartSocial Autopilot is built differently.

Decentralized networks included

Mastodon, Bluesky, and other emerging platforms are first-class citizens. Other tools either ignore them or add them last. Your early-adopter audience is here — meet them there.

Replace-mode reposting

Recycle evergreen content without cluttering your timeline. The system deletes the prior post when it reposts, so your followers see fresh content — not a feed full of duplicates.

Proactive connection monitoring

If a network connection breaks for any reason — token expired, API change, password rotated — you get an email. LinkedIn specifically gets 14-day advance expiry warnings since its tokens always renew on a 60-day cycle. Your posting never stops without warning.

Multi-brand by design

Run more than one site or brand? Advanced and Enterprise plans isolate each one with separate credentials, separate posting queues, and a unified dashboard — no risk of crossing the streams.

Audit logs for proof

Every post, every retry, every failure is logged. Want to know what went out and when? It’s all there — useful for compliance, client reporting, or just peace of mind.

Built for reliability

Automatic failure handling, retry logic, and rate limiting that respects each platform’s rules. If a network breaks, only that connection pauses — the rest keep running.

Network coverage

We test every integration on real accounts before claiming it works. Here’s the honest current status:

Available now

  • LinkedIn (personal and company pages)
  • Facebook Pages
  • Mastodon (any instance)
  • Bluesky

In testing

  • Reddit (community-aware posting)
  • Pinterest
  • X / Twitter

These integrations are built and being verified on real accounts. Available to all plans when ready, no upgrade required.

Who this is for

SmartSocial Autopilot was built for the kind of person who’d rather spend their time on their actual work than on social media management:

  • Small business owners doing their own marketing
  • Solo consultants and experts who publish on a WordPress site
  • Coaches, trainers, agents, and service professionals maintaining a thought-leadership presence
  • Multi-brand operators running more than one business or site
  • Anyone who values decentralized platforms alongside the mainstream ones

How it works

  1. Publish on WordPress. Keep your content where you own it. We pick up new posts automatically.
  2. We format and distribute. Each platform gets formatting tuned to its conventions — character limits, link previews, hashtag etiquette.
  3. You get a posting log. See exactly what went out, where, and when. Failure alerts come straight to your inbox.

Founder Pricing

Lock in your price for life

All current plans are Founder tier. As long as your plan stays active, your price never goes up — even when we raise prices for new customers in future feature rounds.

Every plan includes the same posting rate: up to 2 regular posts per hour per site. Evergreen content (recycled posts) runs on a separate cadence — minimum 3 days between repeats — and doesn’t count toward the hourly limit.

Starter

$99/month

For one brand or site getting started with multi-network publishing.

  • 1 site / brand
  • 2 regular posts per hour
  • 12 evergreen content slots
  • All available networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Mastodon, Bluesky, more coming)
  • Replace-mode evergreen reposting
  • Token expiry monitoring and alerts
  • Posting log and failure alerts
  • Written setup and maintenance guides
  • 1 add-on slot (extra site or 12 more evergreen slots)

Or prepay 2 years for $2,000 — same plan, save $376 versus monthly, includes 2 hours of one-on-one setup help.

Most Popular

Advanced

$399/month

For multi-brand operators running up to three sites from one dashboard.

  • 3 sites / brands
  • 2 regular posts per hour per site
  • 24 evergreen content slots per site
  • All available networks per site
  • Replace-mode evergreen reposting
  • Token expiry monitoring and alerts
  • Posting log and failure alerts
  • Unified dashboard across brands
  • 2 hours of one-on-one setup support
  • 1 add-on slot (extra site or 12 more evergreen slots)
  • Priority support response

Enterprise

$7,188/year

For agencies and operators running six brands. Save over $2,000 versus buying two Advanced plans.

  • 6 sites / brands
  • 2 regular posts per hour per site
  • 24 evergreen content slots per site
  • All available networks per site
  • Replace-mode evergreen reposting
  • Token expiry monitoring and alerts
  • Posting log and failure alerts
  • Unified dashboard across all brands
  • Up to 5 hours of one-on-one setup support
  • Dedicated onboarding

Add-ons are available after purchase (one add-on per Starter or Advanced plan — pick either an extra site or an extra block of 12 evergreen slots). If you need more than one add-on, moving up a tier is more cost-effective.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical skills to use this?

No. SmartSocial Autopilot is a managed service. We handle the technical setup — including connecting your social network accounts and configuring the automation. You write content on your WordPress site like you normally would, and we make sure it gets where it needs to go. Higher-tier plans include setup support hours so we walk you through the initial configuration personally.

Why are Mastodon and Bluesky a big deal?

Most mainstream schedulers either don’t support them or treat them as an afterthought. We built integrations for both with the same quality as our LinkedIn and Facebook support. Your audience on decentralized networks gets first-class treatment.

What happens if a network connection breaks?

You’ll get an email. We monitor every connected account and notify you whenever a network gets switched off — whether that’s a token expiring (LinkedIn, for example, requires renewal every 60 days), the network changing its API, your password being rotated, or any other reason posting stops working. LinkedIn specifically gets proactive expiry alerts 14 days, 7 days, and daily before the token runs out, so you have time to renew before posting stops. For other networks, you’ll know within a posting cycle if something fails.

Will this work if I don’t publish often?

Yes. Even one post per week becomes a consistent multi-network presence. Evergreen reposting lets older content cycle back without you doing anything.

What about API changes from the networks?

This is the part most DIY automation breaks on. When LinkedIn or Facebook updates their API, we patch the integration on our side — no action needed from you. Pro and higher plans include direct support and tuning if anything unusual comes up.

How does the Founder pricing work?

The plans listed here are Founder tier. As long as your plan stays active, your price never goes up — even when we raise prices for new customers in future feature rounds. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you’d pay whatever pricing is current then.

What’s the Starter Pro 2-year option?

If you prepay 2 years of Starter for $2,000 (about $83/month — saving $376 vs the monthly price), you also get 2 hours of one-on-one setup help to get your networks connected, your evergreen content scheduled, and your workflow tuned to your brand. Same plan features as monthly Starter, just a better rate and human help.

How does evergreen content work?

Evergreen content is posts you want to recycle automatically. Starter includes 12 evergreen slots; Advanced and Enterprise include 24 per site. The system rotates through them on a cadence — minimum 3 days between repeats of the same item. Evergreen posts run on a separate schedule from your regular WordPress publishes and don’t count against your hourly post limit.

You can change your evergreen content any time. Want to push an upcoming event, a current promotion, or seasonal content? Update your evergreen slots and the rotation picks up the changes on the next cycle. Most customers refresh their evergreen pool as their business cycles change — sales, launches, seasonal campaigns, or just keeping their authority-building posts current.

Can I add more sites or evergreen content later?

Yes. Starter and Advanced each support one add-on — either an extra site or an extra 12 evergreen slots. If you need more than one add-on, moving up a tier is more cost-effective. Enterprise customers needing more should contact us about a custom plan.

Is this like Buffer or Hootsuite?

Not really. Those are scheduling tools where you compose individually for each post and platform. SmartSocial Autopilot is website-triggered: you publish on your WordPress site once, and the distribution happens automatically across networks. Less manual work, less context-switching, and we cover networks they don’t.

Stop letting your best content vanish.

Publish once on your site. Reach your audience everywhere they are. Lock in Founder pricing while it’s available.
